The convention is held in a different region (East, West, Montreal) each year. The organizing committee is set up by the AAQ president and management. The committee is made up of a president, the standing committee, which includes regular volunteers as well as AAQ management, and various other volunteers. To represent the region in which the convention will be held, we try to give preference to volunteers who practice their profession in that region. The committee is formed in the spring, following the previous convention.
