Response from the archival community to the Government of Canada's public consultations on the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement (ACEUM)
Please find below the archival community's response to the Government of Canada's public consultations on the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement (CUMA). The response was submitted by the Canadian Council of Archives, supported by the Association des archivistes du Québec, and the Association of Canadian Archivists.
The submission was prepared by the Canadian Council of Archives (CCA) Statutory Review Working Group, which was created to examine and address issues related to the Canadian archival community in the context of the ongoing review of the Canadian Copyright Act. The working group is composed of:
